Tackling the digitalization challenge: how to get real with digital procurement
There's no question the impact of current and future disruptions put digital initiatives at the top of the priority lists. However, the increasing focus on digitization and transformation uncover challenges and obstacles including legacy systems, along with tech literacy and lack of relevant skills.
To succeed in digital, procurement organisations must embrace and understand the fast evolving technology ecosystem, new ways of working and opt for a “test and learn” approach to pilot low-risk projects that can provide insights and proof of concept for future growth at scale.
In this live-webinar, we will examine:
- How to know what emerging technologies to prioritize and respond to
- How to integrate the new tools with your existing tech stack
- How to cultivate new ways of working
- How to leverage corporate-startup collaborations for rapid innovation
This webinar includes Live Q&A with our speakers. Can’t make the live webinar? Still register and receive the recording.
